These terms and conditions of business conducted by Tarteeb Private, in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract, shall form part of every contract with Tarteeb Private for all services provided by us.
Tarteeb Private does not recognise any deviating or conflicting contractual terms and conditions of the contractual partner unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
The charterer shall not be entitled to assign the benefit of the charter agreement to any other person without the consent of Tarteeb Private in writing.
The charter price, payment terms and other commercial terms contained in the booking confirmation are confidential to the Parties and may not be disclosed to third parties without Tarteeb Private’ prior approval. Tarteeb Private’ collection, processing and use of personal data in relation to these Conditions is subject to the terms of Tarteeb Private’ Privacy Policy, available here..

CHARTER PRICE AND PAYMENT
The Charterer shall pay the agreed charter price on time unless a different credit period has been agreed in writing by Tarteeb Private. Flight details and inclusions will be briefly shared in the agreement, in case of any changes in pricing due to unforeseen events, we will notify the charterer. If for any reason payment of the charter price or any installment thereof is not made on the due date, then Tarteeb Private has the option to cancel the air charter agreement without compensation.
Payment can be processed through bank transfers or AmEx Card holder with CC charges of 2.9%. It shall be made to the account provided on the charter contract prior to issue/ receipt of invoice.
LIMITATIONS ON USE
You agree to use this Website solely to determine the availability of goods and services and make legitimate reservations or transact business with us. You agree to use the website’s services to make only legitimate reservations or purchases. You agree not to make any false reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. We may cancel, without notice, all confirmations associated with multiple reservations to one or more destination on or about the same date.
You agree to all our terms and conditions of purchase, including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due and compliance with all rules concerning availability of fares, products, or services. All fees, assessments, charges, taxes and duties arising out of use of the Website are your sole responsibility.
INDEMNITY
As a condition of use of this website, you agree to indemnify us from and against all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of this website, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.
